Winning the PETROBRAS 2025 Innovation Award is very special to us: we have developed comprehensive solutions for detecting critical damage in flexible pipes using our innovative inspection techniques.
Over the past three years, we at InnetiQs have created a wide range of technologies and deep-sea operating robotic tools that can detect a variety of damage types at an efficient operational pace.
Our most important flexible pipe inspection technologies developments include:
MagControl-FR: wire corrosion, cracks, rupture and misalignment detection in the outer and inner tensile armour, and in the pressure wire layer.
FADS: Reliable detection of annulus flooding in flexible pipes.
IncoScan: Wire breaks and cracks in the outer tensile layer of thermos-insulated flexible pipes.
HiREC Scan: Detection of cracks in the first tensile armour layer due to stress corrosion cracking (SCC-CO₂), and detection of wire rapture.
