Cleaning Frame
The Cleaning Frame is versatile and can be used for pipe diameters from 150mm to 300mm OD.
The cleaning tool is able to efficiently remove stubborn deposits such as mussels and barnacles as well as softer deposits such as algae and plants. It can be used for flexible materials such as PE, PU and neoprene as well as for pure steel pipes.
The cleaning units are activated with the aid of a simple hand hydraulic pump. Another pump controls the locking mechanism. The integrated failsafe mechanism ensures that the unit opens automatically in the event of a loss of hydraulic pressure, enabling safe recovery.
The cleaning frame is deployed from the topside without the ROV and moves down the vertical riser under its own weight. The actual cleaning work is carried out when it is pulled up using a winch. A total of nine cleaning units can be switched on or off individually as required. The cleaning heads can also be exchanged and customised with different modules depending on requirements.
Splash Zone Scanner – SZ200
The SZ200 is an integrated inspection and cleaning system for the inspection of risers, caissons, conductors and offshore structures in the splash zone – above, inside and below the waterline. The system is mounted above the water surface and enables fast, safe and diver-free execution.
A key feature of the SZ200 is the integrated high-pressure cleaning system, which removes marine growth and debris during the inspection process. This means that no separate pre-cleaning is required. Even heavily overgrown or coated surfaces can be cleaned without dismantling and inspected precisely at the same time – even with coatings up to 15 mm or electrically conductive claddings up to 4 mm.
Cleaning is efficient and material-sensitive, while the integrated MagControl system with high-resolution eddy current and ultrasonic sensors simultaneously detects corrosion, pitting and other defects – ideal for risk-based assessments directly from the platform.
FlexiClean Flapperwheel System
The FlexiClean system is an ROV-assisted cleaning tool for the efficient removal of marine growth and debris from flexible risers, PIP lines and other subsea structures. It is available in different versions – standard, mini and micro with one flapper roller as well as a duo version with two rollers for increased cleaning performance. The system enables thorough, blockage-free cleaning even at great depths and on sensitive or coated surfaces without damaging them. Thanks to its compact design and flexible adjustment, FlexiClean is ideal for use on complex geometries and in hard-to-reach areas. The Cheese Wire Cleaning Tool can also be used for particularly stubborn fouling.
