It has been specially designed for cleaning pipes and flexible risers, suitable for diameters from 150mm to 300mm OD. It efficiently removes stubborn deposits such as mussels and barnacles as well as softer deposits such as algae and plants from materials such as PE, PU, neoprene and steel.
Our tool works with a manual hydraulic pump and an integrated failsafe mechanism that enables safe recovery in the event of a loss of pressure. The cleaning frame moves up and down the vertical riser using its own weight and the wind, with nine individually controllable cleaning units offering optimum flexibility.
